At this point, due to seating limitations in the ballroom, we are not able to open Thursday evening up to people who are not registered for all of Gather. We will let you know if we are able to open up the evening when we have a better idea of how many are registered for Gather.

Cancellation requests will be accepted until June 14, 2017. The cancellation fee is $50. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after June 14, 2017 except in case of emergency.

Substitutions will be accepted from the same church or institution, providing the registration and fee paid for registration are the same for the new registrant as the original registrant.
